Whether you’re prepping for vacation or business, leaving home can be stressful, so the last thing you need to worry about is leaving your home… alone. At Kasavia, we provide you peace-of-mind and confidence to take that trip knowing that, each day you’re away, a trusted resource is looking out for that sanctuary you call home.
No need to depend on neighbors, house-sitters, or blind luck, each day we’ll inspect your home and perform some simple upkeep so that you return home just as you left it. While you’re away, we’ll send you regular status reports and provide online access to our daily video recorded inspections. And if we do notice an issue with your home, we’ll alert you and loop-in support services pre-approved by you, including contractors, your HOA, or law enforcement.

Daily Inspections
We’ll visit your home randomly each day to check for suspicious activity, leaks, or structural issues. Each visit will be video recorded and available to you online, 24/7.
Cleanup
While away, your home will continue to have a ‘lived-in look‘ with clutter free entries and driveways. No newspapers, biz cards, or ads and we’ll even take out yard-trash bins.
Lights on
Lights on helps keep your home off target from would be intruders. But we go further by randomly timing lights and audio to turn on at different times and in different rooms.
+ Plant & Yard Care Option
Unkept yards and dead plants suggest no one’s home. We’ll keep things neat and clean by providing basic landscaping, plant watering, and debris removal.
+ Housekeeping Option
Keep your home wiped down and dust free with optional light-housekeeping services including furniture, window treatments, and floor dusting and carpet vacuuming.
+ Video Surveillance Option
Add livestream video of the exterior of your home and monitor your home from anywhere in the world 24/7. And our cameras don’t need power or your network.
